Creamy Hummus

Hummus is the most simple nourishing dish i can think about. You can use it to dip your bread in or top it up with some seasonal roasted veggies.
Ingredients:
200g soaked chickpeas over night
1/2 lemon
3 tbsp tahini
1 tsp cumin
50 ml oliveoil
50 ml water
salt ,pepper
Preparation:
Strain soaked chickpeas and cook for at least 1 hour ,until soft.
Blend warm chickpeas with all other ingredients.
Add as much water is needed to make it creamy. The consistency can be slightly thin cause is will become more thick when it cools down.
These is a basic recepie. Feel free to use different spices as coriander seeds or vegetables like cooked beetroot to give your hummus a different taste.
