Masala Chai

A tea blend known beyond the borders of India.

Absolut tasty and healthy for body and soul.

Whether it is the nourishing cinnamon in winter or the cooling cardamom in summer, there is a good blend for every type and time.


If you don't have all the spices at home or don't want to go to the trouble of creating your own blend, you can buy a wonderful blend here.





Ingredients

  • 4g curcuma

  • 10g cinnamon

  • 7g ginger

  • 4g long pepper (pippali)

  • 4g cardamom

  • 3g star anise

  • 3g cloves

  • pinch of salt


The blend will be for about 10 cups of masala chai


I mix my blend into hot rice milk and like to drink it with some cacao powder.


When you buy your spices make sure they are of good quality because you want to get the most health benefits out of your tea and you are supporting organic farmers who put a lot of work into the preservation of high quality spices without using pesticides.
