Whole baked Cauliflower

This is my absolute favourite way to prepare a cauliflower. Simple, beautiful and an absolute taste bomb.


Ingredients :

1 whole Cauliflower

50 ml olive oil

1 tsp cumin

1tsp mustard seeds

1tsp seeds

pinch of chilli

2 tsp honey

salt, pepper


Decoration :

1/2 pomegranate

1 tbsp tahini

toasted sesame seeds

parsely chopped



Preparation :


Preheat the oven on 175C

Free Cauliflower from leaves and cook it whole for 8 min in salted water.

Transfer cooked whole cauliflower on a tray. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl and brush over the cauliflower.

Bake the beauty for around 20min till it becomes soft brown on the Top.

After placing on a serving plate add all the decoration.

If you are a big fan of cheese a bit of feta will fit perfectly.
