Whole baked Cauliflower

In winter there is a large number of vegetables in the supermarket but if you look more closely you will see that they are often imported foods from far away. If we want to eat seasonal and regional food in winter too, we have to get creative with vegetables that grow in colder seasons. A healthy food recipe
Here is an idea of how you can prepare your next cauliflower
Ingredients
1 whole cauliflower with leaves
100 ml olive oil
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp tandoori massala
cayenne pepper
2 tsp honey
salt
Decoration
100g Parmesan
½ pomegranate
2 tbsp tahini
roasted sesame seeds
chopped parsley

Preheat the oven to 175°C.
Bring a big pot with water to boil and cook the whole cauliflower for 5 minutes.
Place the half cooked cauliflower on a baking tray.
Mix all the other ingredients in a bowl and spread over the cauliflower.
Bake the for about 30 minutes, until lightly browned on top.
Spread the parmesan over, bake for 5 more Minutes, then add the rest of the decoration on top.
