Magic mushrooms as a supplement to strengthen your health long term?

After some very pleasant experiences with magic mushrooms in Chile and Germany. I became more involved with the effect of the active ingredient psylocibin in the human body and mind.
This is how I came to microdosing mushrooms.
With microdosing, you take 1/10 of the amount you would take for a normal dose.
For a long-term intake, every 3 days.
With the amount taken, it is not a question of actively experiencing a change in consciousness, but of benefiting from the health-promoting effects in the long term.
I could now throw around some studies that are openly accessible to everyone on the internet. But I would rather share my own experience.
I had some problems with my mental health last winter. Due to the end of a long relationship and an uncertain future, I fell into the mental carousel that I'm sure all of us know.
I knew quite a bit about the benefits of microdosing at the time. So I got myself some mushrooms and started taking 10mg of magic mushrooms every 3 days to be the testing ground myself.
After a few days I noticed that I felt better and slowly regained my confidence.
The trust in myself, that everything will be fine and that I have made the right decisions and always will. I was also able to concentrate better at work and was not distracted by my own thoughts.
After a few weeks, after my supply had run out, I wanted to know how my body and mind would react to no longer taking them.
I neither had any Withdrawal symptoms nor did I fall back into my "negative" thoughts.
In my experience, I believe that microdosing has a long-term positive effect on mental health, as well as the subsequent effect on physical health.
Body and mind can only be healthy together.
Psilocybin plays a major role in research on burnout and anxiety, and its use under professional supervision is increasingly being accepted as a therapy.
Just a few days ago, I read an article by Kyle Thiermann where someone used psychedelic-assisted therapy that helped him heal PTSD.

I wish that mushrooms, which have been growing on our earth for millions of years and consist of the same elements as we ourselves, would no longer be seen as a drug. Rather, they should be seen as a gift from the earth to us and we should learn to appreciate this gift.
